Bavarian Chocolate Banana: Chocolate cake with whole bananas layered and iced with Chocolate Mousse. Rocky Road: Chocolate cake iced and layered with whipped cream, marshmallows and walnuts, topped with chocolate drizzles, walnuts and marshmallows. Black Forest: Chocolate cake iced with Kirsch brandy, layered with whipped cream and cherries, and topped with cherries. Grand Mariner: Chocolate cake laced with Grand Mariner liquor, layered and iced with Grand Mariner whipped cream, toasted almonds on the sides. Chocolate Raspberry Torte: Chocolate cake torte layered with Raspberry Mousse, iced with whipped cream and topped with Raspberry Mousse.
